Tasnim Ahsan

Emeritus Prof Tasnim Ahsan is a well-known internist, endocrinologist, and teacher. She graduated from Dow Medical College in 1978 and completed house-job training in surgery and medicine. Next, she completed rotational training in internal medicine and medical sub-specialties in the UK while working at Stobhill General Hospital and Ruchill Hospital in Glasgow from 1981 to 1984. She obtained her MRCP (UK) in 1983 and was subsequently awarded fellowships from all three Royal Colleges in the UK.
